    Terms of Service

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at findyourwedge.com and the services, memberships, lessons, and bay rentals offered by The Wedge at 10552 Co Rd 213 #7a, Forney, TX 75126. By accessing the site, submitting a contact form, booking a session, or visiting our facility, you agree to these Terms.

    1. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a membership or make a booking. Minors are welcome at the facility under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility on their behalf.

    2. Bookings, Memberships & Payment

    • Bay reservations and lessons are by appointment only and are confirmed once payment is received or a valid membership is verified.
    • Membership fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on the tier you select). All prices are in U.S. dollars and may be changed with at least 30 days' notice.
    • You are responsible for keeping a valid payment method on file. Failed payments may result in suspension of booking privileges until resolved.
    • Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy.

    3. Facility Rules

    • Use only golf clubs, balls, and equipment approved by The Wedge staff.
    • Do not modify, tamper with, or attempt to repair any TrackMan, projector, screen, or simulator hardware.
    • Treat staff, instructors, other members, and guests with respect. We reserve the right to remove anyone behaving in a way that creates an unsafe or disrespectful environment.
    • Outside food and beverage policies will be communicated at check-in.

    4. Assumption of Risk

    Golf, including indoor simulator golf, involves the risk of injury. By using our facility you acknowledge those risks and agree to use the equipment and facility in a safe and reasonable manner. The Wedge is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal property arising from use of the facility, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

    5. Communications

    When you submit our contact form or book a session, you authorize The Wedge to contact you by email, phone, or text in connection with that inquiry, booking, or membership. Marketing messages are sent only with your separate opt-in consent and you can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All content on this site — including text, photography, video, logos, and the "The Wedge" and "Find Your Wedge" marks — is owned by or licensed to The Wedge and protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial purposes; any other use requires our prior written consent.

    7. Third-Party Services

    The site links to and integrates with third-party services such as Google Maps and our online booking partner. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of those third parties.

    8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

    The site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of The Wedge to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the site or facility shall not exceed the total amount you paid to The Wedge in the 12 months preceding the claim.

    9. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, your membership, or any booking if you breach these Terms or facility rules, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will survive termination.

    10. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kaufman County, Texas, and you consent to that venue.

    11. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms periodically. The "Effective date" at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
